Connecting women with verified jobs across South Africa

WorkforWomen is South Africa's dedicated job board for women, built to make finding employment simpler. We cover all nine provinces, curating part-time and full-time roles from employers who value flexibility and opportunity. Whether you are re-entering the workforce, balancing caregiving responsibilities or seeking a fresh start in a new sector, WorkforWomen is designed to find vacancies that fit a women's lifestyle — not the other way around.

Every listing on WorkforWomen is verified before it reaches the board. We confirm that the position is still open, check that hours and salaries are stated and flag half-day roles so you can quickly find work that matches your needs. Our sector coverage spans retail, hospitality, admin and office support, healthcare, education, beauty and wellness, childcare, and more — giving women from every background a single, trusted place to look for work.

WorkforWomen is built by a small, women-led team based in Cape Town. We created this platform because we saw how hard it can be for women to find flexible work through existing job boards. Our mission is to change that, one verified listing at a time. We are continually expanding into new areas and sectors.
